How to stay healthy during the rainy season

Change from the dry to the rainy season led to some diseases. This disease occurs because our immune system is not able to deal with sudden changes in the weather. Disease that often we experience during the rainy season is the cold and flu, this disease is a disease that is popular in the world. Some ways you can do to keep your health in the wet season, among others:

Eat vegetables and fruits
During the rainy season, the digestive process being slowed down. Eat when you feel hungry and eat as needed and do not overdo it. If you eat when you do not feel hungry can cause digestive problems. To maintain health should multiply eat vegetables and fruits.

Drink plenty of water
We know that 70% of the human body consists of the liquid. Keeping the body for not critical water is very important. The water will help kill bacteria and viruses that cause disease. Drinking enough water every day will keep you from dehydration. Water is good for health, but you can also drink other water alternatives such as tea.

Wear a jacket
During the rainy season, temperatures become cooler. To keep warm, wear a jacket or other warm clothing. Temperatures too cold to affect our health, so wear a jacket. You can also drink ginger or hot tea.

Keep your body hygiene
Wash hands before eating and if after using the toilet. This should still be done during the rainy season. Do not forget to shower using soap that can kill bacteria and viruses. Also use antiseptic to wash hands, because viruses usually enter through the hand.

Enought of rest
Man is indeed the most perfect creature. In at least one day people need time to rest about 6-8 hours, so keep your needs fulfilled break anyway. Use time as efisisien possible, if you are tired you should rest
